Convergent - DivergentMany of my friends are asking what exactly it is divergent? And what is convergence? It is rather strange to see charts and indicators opposites. So that definitely confuses traders, especially those just learning. Initially I did not know those terms mean to finally see well defined. For that article specifically discusses the convergent and divergent rules along with examples.

Regarding convergent and divergent condition is usually commonly found in signal indicator. The presence of convergent and divergent due to different chart the chart with chart indicators oscillators special use. So just what can this oscillator indicator, while the indicators are stuck on the chart will not see what it converges, and what is it diverges.

Convergent
If we examine more deeply, convergent is taken from the English language that means gathering held a convergent trend. Convergent is a condition where the lower price but not followed with chart indicators that come down. Likewise, when the price of the higher prices, but instead signal indicators showed weakness.

Divergent
The word in the English language that divergent divergent. This means may be different, different, or different. Well how about the definitions in the chart? Divergence can be construed direction of the trend on the chart opposite to the direction of the MACD trend or simply candle (line chart) going trend down while the MACD indicator has showed the way up (up), and vice versa.

Conclusion
Convergent could mean the weakening or price increases that ultimately did not fit with the chart as distinct highs and lows. So are diverging there are fundamental differences in the signal indicator rose while the chart is down or vice versa.
